Farm Butchering Classes
Want to raise your own sustainable backyard quail flock or rabbits?
We can help you learn to harvest humanely and efficiently!
Classes run 2-3 hours, Please wear clothes you can get dirty and layers for warmth!
Classes are hands on processing time to learn to use tools and techniques to be successful raising your own flock or herd for meat.
Want to take the class with a partner or friend? ask us about our group and 4H discounts!

TURKEY - Saturday 11/23
TURKEY - Sunday 11/24
TURKEY - Monday 11/25
QUAIL Class is $90 per person, each person gets to take home 2 quail they process themselves
(you'll learn to process skin on, whole plucked and spatchcocked)
RABBIT Class is $110 per person, each person gets to take home the rabbit they process
we will discuss using the whole animal nose to tail, and teach you to break down your whole rabbit into cooking cuts.
CHICKEN Class is $125 per person, each person gets to take home the chicken they process.
we will use a scalder & plucker, and teach you to break down your whole chicken into cooking cuts.
TURKEY Class is $250 per couple/pair, take home the turkey you learn to process, just in time for Thanksgiving!
